RESPONSIBILITIES
Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Manage and update customer accounts and records
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
